Good morning! Yesterday I cleaned the house, got on the treadmill for 40 minutes, & since I didn't have my truck available, I sat down & worked on my Entrelac sweater until everyone got home. It was an extra day off that was much appreciated. Yesterday's Sims game was the fisherman career & my Sim Olivia has been working on her fishing skill, registered as a self-employed fisherman, & sold some fish to the market for a good price. She's going to do well. This morning I took the dogs out & headed off to work. When I got back I had a Carnation Instant Breakfast & loaded up the Educator career in Sims. My Sim Michael is in the university on an apprentice business award & has been going to classes.

There's another strike out here among the California wine industry. Yes, & today 3 more vinters walked out & that brings the total to 11 vineyards, I guess, that are on strike. ... It's getting nasty though. I opened a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon last night, California, found a little note in the bottle said, "Warning. I had athlete's foot when I stomped on these grapes." -Johnny Carson 1980
