Beautiful Blue Shells Lapghan: $37.96
As will all home crocheted or knitted items, you may find loose ends that have popped out (but will not unravel - weaving in ends was never my strong point), dog hair, &/or MY hair & has been displayed on & off on our sofa pending sale ... but this item will be professionally cleaned before being professionally shipped out to you.

Good afternoon everyone! I had to run an errand downtown today so I'm a little bit behind. About 2 hours off from yesterday. I finally slept really well tonight. The puppy gave me a peaceful night & let me sleep as long as I needed / wanted to. YAY! I feel so much better now. I was on the LuxCraft Minecraft server yesterday & finally built a home. No more hiding in a hole! It's a tiny house though. Only 3x3 on the inside. I've been breeding my sheep & had a haul of 45 wool in just 1 round of shearing. I'll be on the same server again today.

I got a lot done on the 3rd & final panel of the machine knit afghan I'm working on & was going to finish it today (not counting the crocheted border), but with the errand this morning I don't think I'll be finishing it until Monday now. I don't think I'll have enough time today & I don't do machine knitting on weekends usually because we're just too busy. I worked on my favorite entrelac knit afghan last night & today I'm going to work on my hand knit sweater. Have a great day everyone!

Good afternoon everyone! I didn't get to work on the knitting machine at all yesterday, but I did get some time in on my favorite entrelac knit afghan & I got to spend some time on the Altitude Minecraft server. I finally have a house larger than 2x2. lol

Today was a rough start, I woke up too early again & in a bad mood, but things got better once the kids got up & I was able to vent a little. Today I plan on spending some time on the LuxCraft Minecraft server & tonight working on my favorite entrelac knit afghan again. YAY! Now ... for the most frustrating part of my day. I want to buy a car! I mean I REALLY want to buy this car NOW! I don't have the cash & we really can't afford to go get a bank loan for it. I have my truck, I don't NEED this car, but OH how I WANT IT! A guy right up the street from me is selling it.

Well here's a new one ... Good EVENING everyone. Slow slow slow day. Not the best of days either. Let's see, I woke up early but was so tired I couldn't see straight so I went back to sleep. 2 hours later I wake up & am still really tired but it's late & I have to get up finally. I come out, turn on the lights, open the blinds, turn on my PC, & head into the kitchen for my morning beverage & what do I see? It seems my daughter emptied her bedroom trash can. Neatly in a small bag, tied shut. It was full of dirty diapers. Well, my dog Taz came out here before I did, found this bag NEXT to the trash can & shredded it AND the contents. The last thing I wanted to see while half asleep & still tired is shredded dirty diapers all over the kitchen floor. EEEEWWW! I cleaned that up, finally prepared my morning beverage, & came over to my computer. I opened the browser & then all my tabs for the day. Turns out, I can't click on ANYTHING in any tab without being told that my computer has a virus & to call an 800 number immediately. Ugh, spammers & malware. Flipping terriffic. I've already overslept & had a mess to clean up ... now this? I couldn't fix it. Hubby had to Teamviewer in from work & run a whole bunch of stuff. Several reboots later, it's fixed. It turns out that one of my Chrome extensions got invaded. I deleted every single one of them, 1 at a time, & the one that cause all the boxes to come flying up when deleted was my Pinterest button. Not Pinterest's fault! It was just the extension that got hosed when one of my downloads infected my computer last night. What was I downloading? The only thing that has EVER caused me problems on my PC with malware ... Minecraft stuff! It took hours, but I finally found another modpack that I like. Mech & Magic was good, but the underground terrain was modified too heavily. I staircased down to Y-11 & did my straight 1x2 mining thing until I hit lava which is when I turn around & call it a wrap for material gathering for the day. Well, I traveled one THOUSAND blocks before hitting lava. That's just not going to work for me. I ended up with 1½ double chests of STUFF, most of it I don't even know what to do with because they're not the standard ores. Meh ... time to look for a new modpack. Then I found one I really like! It's called Modern Millenaire. COOL! Millenaire with Pam's Harvestcraft, DecoCraft, & a bunch of other really cool stuff! The modpack was downloaded in the Technic Launcher & then it was time to see if I could run this as a server. Well ... shit. Here's were things go from fun to "what the hell was I thinking?!". I had to add Forge Essentials so that people can save home, go home, back, etc. I of course added DynMap but had to message Akliz to open up a port for it & let me know what it is. I had to swap Millenaire on the server side with Millenaire Server so it would run in multi-player. And here is where it got bad ... I needed Forge. Sounds easy enough, right? HAHAHA! Nope. The Forge installer for 1.7.10 isn't working properly & is no longer supported. I tried & tried & tried & finally started a back-&-forth support ticket with Akliz. When it became evident to them that something was definitely hosed, they installed it FOR me on my server. THANK YOU AKLIZ!!! Everything is now up & running! I now host a Modern Millenaire Minecraft server. WOOO! Anyway, I played for a little bit (you know, gotta test it out & make SURE it works) & got chased by a grizzly bear (holy crap, there are grizzly bears in this thing?!) & finally logged out of the night. I got super lucky too, I'm right next to a Norman Artisan Village (my favorite, the Normans!). I'm looking forward to a lot of gameplay on that server. :) Anyway, back to today ... I was apparently a very popular person to talk to on top of everything that happened, so here it is, almost 6:30 at night & I'm just NOW posting this ... about 7½ hours late. I may not even be able to complete the entire blog before Pete gets home. We'll see. Depending on how far along I am at the time, I may either go ahead & finish it or I'll just cut it off where it is. Here's hoping I can get it finished. I ran out of time yesterday & didn't get ANY crocheting or knitting done. Not sure I will today either. It's been kinda nuts. Looks like I'm taking an accidental vacation. 2 days off so far & not even planned. Huh. Have a great evening everyone! There it is again ... "evening". Sheesh!

Bavarian Rainbow Lapghan: $37.96
As will all home crocheted or knitted items, you may find loose ends that have popped out (but will not unravel - weaving in ends was never my strong point), dog hair, &/or MY hair & has been displayed on & off on our sofa pending sale ... but this item will be professionally cleaned before being professionally shipped out to you.

Good afternoon everyone! I added an enchanting room to my home on my Earth Glow Minecraft server yesterday (lizc864e.g.akliz.net) & next will be a sheep pen so that I can start adding some color to my world. I like to have 1 of each color of sheep for a total of 16. I sheer them once a day & when I have enough of a single color, I use it as building material.
Today I'm going to spend some time on the LuxCraft Minecraft server. I may or may not ALSO log into my Earth Glow server. We'll see ... Right now I'm just loving spending time on Earth Glow, but I don't want to burn out on it so I'm trying to force myself to back off a little. HAHAHA, yeah, like that's going to work. I finished the 2nd panel on my Tri-Color Throw that I'm making on the knitting machine. 1 more panel to go! I almost got the 2nd panel off the machine before Pete got home, but not quite. I'll finish binding it off today & then start the 3rd & final panel. I also completed another row on the entrelac temperature afghan which is now 50% completed.
I also worked on the new Art Deco knit afghan & am still on the beginning seed stitch border at the bottom. It's 201 stitches across & the bottom border is 18 rows, so it'll take a little bit to get to the main pattern.
Tonight I'll work on my Fantasy Garden afghan. Today I'm enjoying the new Reddit user pages that they're beta testing. It's nice, you can post anything you want on your profile page, so thing that don't really fit into a specific subreddit can go there. I see a lot of potential! Have a great day everyone!

Good afternoon everyone! Great news, I finished another afghan kit last night. Only 2 to go & then I'm done with kits. Kits are great, but I've been doing this long enough that I can find a pattern or create my own & find my own yarn to do it with. :)
The next kit is a beautiful 1-color knitted afghan. I get a feeling it's going to take a long time though.
I moved the patio on my Earth Glow Minecraft server's home. It looks pretty good! Today I'm going to add an enchanting room since I finally have enough experience to do full enchants on tools & weapons.
That's about all for today. Have a great day everyone!

A student at Eagle Rock Junior High won first prize at the Greater Idaho Falls Science Fair, April 26. He was attempting to show how conditioned we have become to alarmists practicing junk science and spreading fear of everything in our environment. In his project he urged people to sign a petition demanding strict control or total elimination of the chemical "dihydrogen monoxide."
And for plenty of good reasons, since:
it can cause excessive sweating and vomiting
it is a major component in acid rain
it can cause severe burns in its gaseous state
accidental inhalation can kill you
it contributes to erosion
it decreases effectiveness of automobile brakes
it has been found in tumors of terminal cancer patients
He asked 50 people if they supported a ban of the chemical.
Forty-three (43) said yes,
six (6) were undecided,
and only one (1) knew that the chemical was water.
The title of his prize winning project was, "How Gullible Are We?"
He feels the conclusion is obvious.
