Bavarian Brights Afghan: $179.52
This afghan is made with Caron Simply Soft & fits on a queen-sized bed. As will all home crocheted or knitted items, you may find loose ends that have popped out (but will not unravel - weaving in ends was never my strong point), dog hair, &/or MY hair & has been displayed on & off on our sofa pending sale ... but this item will be professionally cleaned before being professionally shipped out to you.

Well here's a new one ... Good EVENING everyone. Slow slow slow day. Not the best of days either. Let's see, I woke up early but was so tired I couldn't see straight so I went back to sleep. 2 hours later I wake up & am still really tired but it's late & I have to get up finally. I come out, turn on the lights, open the blinds, turn on my PC, & head into the kitchen for my morning beverage & what do I see? It seems my daughter emptied her bedroom trash can. Neatly in a small bag, tied shut. It was full of dirty diapers. Well, my dog Taz came out here before I did, found this bag NEXT to the trash can & shredded it AND the contents. The last thing I wanted to see while half asleep & still tired is shredded dirty diapers all over the kitchen floor. EEEEWWW! I cleaned that up, finally prepared my morning beverage, & came over to my computer. I opened the browser & then all my tabs for the day. Turns out, I can't click on ANYTHING in any tab without being told that my computer has a virus & to call an 800 number immediately. Ugh, spammers & malware. Flipping terriffic. I've already overslept & had a mess to clean up ... now this? I couldn't fix it. Hubby had to Teamviewer in from work & run a whole bunch of stuff. Several reboots later, it's fixed. It turns out that one of my Chrome extensions got invaded. I deleted every single one of them, 1 at a time, & the one that cause all the boxes to come flying up when deleted was my Pinterest button. Not Pinterest's fault! It was just the extension that got hosed when one of my downloads infected my computer last night. What was I downloading? The only thing that has EVER caused me problems on my PC with malware ... Minecraft stuff! It took hours, but I finally found another modpack that I like. Mech & Magic was good, but the underground terrain was modified too heavily. I staircased down to Y-11 & did my straight 1x2 mining thing until I hit lava which is when I turn around & call it a wrap for material gathering for the day. Well, I traveled one THOUSAND blocks before hitting lava. That's just not going to work for me. I ended up with 1½ double chests of STUFF, most of it I don't even know what to do with because they're not the standard ores. Meh ... time to look for a new modpack. Then I found one I really like! It's called Modern Millenaire. COOL! Millenaire with Pam's Harvestcraft, DecoCraft, & a bunch of other really cool stuff! The modpack was downloaded in the Technic Launcher & then it was time to see if I could run this as a server. Well ... shit. Here's were things go from fun to "what the hell was I thinking?!". I had to add Forge Essentials so that people can save home, go home, back, etc. I of course added DynMap but had to message Akliz to open up a port for it & let me know what it is. I had to swap Millenaire on the server side with Millenaire Server so it would run in multi-player. And here is where it got bad ... I needed Forge. Sounds easy enough, right? HAHAHA! Nope. The Forge installer for 1.7.10 isn't working properly & is no longer supported. I tried & tried & tried & finally started a back-&-forth support ticket with Akliz. When it became evident to them that something was definitely hosed, they installed it FOR me on my server. THANK YOU AKLIZ!!! Everything is now up & running! I now host a Modern Millenaire Minecraft server. WOOO! Anyway, I played for a little bit (you know, gotta test it out & make SURE it works) & got chased by a grizzly bear (holy crap, there are grizzly bears in this thing?!) & finally logged out of the night. I got super lucky too, I'm right next to a Norman Artisan Village (my favorite, the Normans!). I'm looking forward to a lot of gameplay on that server. :) Anyway, back to today ... I was apparently a very popular person to talk to on top of everything that happened, so here it is, almost 6:30 at night & I'm just NOW posting this ... about 7½ hours late. I may not even be able to complete the entire blog before Pete gets home. We'll see. Depending on how far along I am at the time, I may either go ahead & finish it or I'll just cut it off where it is. Here's hoping I can get it finished. I ran out of time yesterday & didn't get ANY crocheting or knitting done. Not sure I will today either. It's been kinda nuts. Looks like I'm taking an accidental vacation. 2 days off so far & not even planned. Huh. Have a great evening everyone! There it is again ... "evening". Sheesh!
